Spooktober Year 3: Part 35

"An invisible man can rule the world. Nobody will see him come, nobody will see him go. He can hear every secret. He can rob, rape and kill!"

3rd film into James Whale's filmography and he continues to blow my mind as to how he possibly made these 'monster movies' almost a 100 years ago and "The Invisible Man" is absolutely no different.

The practical effects are PHENOMENAL!!! It's crazy to see how much this genuinely holds when compared to some modern CGI outings. But on top of that, it's a really fun time, with a deep and incredibly sinister lead character that has a surprisingly high body count. A must watch! An incredible viewing experience for various reasons, but a more entertaining one that you'd maybe think too.
