The first time I watched "The Last Wish" last year I absolutely loved it, like seemingly everyone else and I've been so excited to revisit it. That time has finally come and it blew me away all over again! This has literally everything! Sensational animation, a fantastic array of brilliantly crafted characters with phenomenal voice acting performances, a touching story and probably Dreamworks best ever villain. That damn whistle haunted me the first time and it's going to haunt me all over again.
Simply one of the best animated films of the modern era, genuinely battles the Spider-Verse films in my opinion, I think it's that good and deserving of the illustrious 5 star treatment. Great way to end my birthday!
