What the fuck? Yet another Tom Cruise movie with a plot that would be ridiculous to try to explain to someone. If you were a fan of American Psycho, I feel like this movie is along those lines. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman are both stellar actors but I found the long length, slow pace, and vague plot to be unenjoyable. Maybe it is one of those films that you appreciate more with different interpretations. I like the dream theory. However, I found it’s lack of surface content causes it to be unable to make the themes of sexual exploitation worthwhile.
