Idk dude. The good stuff about it is really, really good. A real intensity and purpose of vision, even if that vision feels borrowed from both its predecessor and all the movies its predecessor influenced.
Is it better than Blade Runner 1? Well, yes and no. Doesn't have the mystery or jolt of the new, but it's better acted and plotted (though it loses steam by the climax). The Vegas sequence is as evocative and allusive as anything in 1. Also features the only Ford legacy performance that doesn't feel phoned in. Gosling is note-perfect, and Roger Deakins's cinematography here is the aesthetic equivalent of an orgasm. Multiple.
