I know this is sacrilege, but technically, is this really a Christmas movie when that stuff just comes about in the third act? Besides that, what a joyous film I experienced. I was bewildered to see that I related to pieces of George Bailey, and his original plans. Having the urge to explore but scared that life will pass you by when you are “stuck” to one place. Oh, to feel loved by someone like Mary did for George.
