This film has made me process and think for a bit but now I’m ready for the review. At first I wasn’t a huge fan, it was pretty slow and didn’t make too much sense to me with some parts. But as I thought about the film and continued along, I felt that I was liking it more. It’s not easy to understand as that’s how the movie is but it wants you to feel it rather than understand it. It’s about man kind and evolution, with a touch of the scariness of technology. It’s a MASTERPIECE and it was way ahead of its time. The fact that the art and the beauty of this film still looks good is unreal.
Yes, the movie is slow, the movie may not be enjoyable for others but it’s supposed to make you feel a certain way after you’re done watching. I love this film now that I thought more about it and it’s crazy how Kubrick made this as a whole. A Timeless Masterpiece, should be watched once in a lifetime without a doubt.
