My Favorite Movies | A24 Ranked | 2015 Ranked

In his first feature film, Robert Eggers created such an extremely unsettling and dense atmosphere. Add to that an incredibly good acting performance from Anya Taylor-Joy and you have one of the best horror movies of this era. I'm always totally fascinated by this work of art and the finale always grabs me and is just terrific. The Witch is an almost perfect film and a very great and scary slow burner with beautiful shots.
