Effective micro-budget thriller about a Danish cop on temporary call-handing duty. He is contacted by a kidnapped woman and spends the rest of the 86 minute running time trying to find her through a series of phone calls.
It's basically just one man on a phone but it's done well enough. As is always the way with this sort of set-up, the film's success or failure hangs solely on the performance of one actor and Jakob Cedergren is excellent as our protagonist Asger Holm.
The main problem was that I had guessed exactly what was going on and what was going to happen within the first 15 or so minutes, which means either I'm a genius or I've watched far too many Nordic thrillers.
