Night of the Living Dead 1968

Rewatched 10 Jun 2014

A masterclass in low budget film making. It is easy to forget from a 2014 viewpoint how the world really hadn't seen anything like Night of the Living Dead when it was released almost 50(!) years ago. It was striking on this re-watch, my first in getting on for 20 years, how good many of the performances are, especially given that only two of the actors in the entire film were actually professionals.
