live laugh love la la land!
i’m not joking when i say i’ve thought about this film every single day since the first time i watched it, so i’ve been long overdue a rewatch. emily and ryan’s performances here are incredible, and remain some of my favourites ever. after having listened to the soundtrack almost everyday, i was able to appreciate the songs even more (and of course sing along). the use of colour makes it a visual delight, and the story made me feel so many different emotions once again. the what could’ve been montage surprisingly wrecked me even more on this watch, but it’s still perfect and one of the best moments in the film <3
