Alright, let’s do this one last time.
My name is Maverick The Minion Fan. (Most of you know my real name before I learned how to change it, but this is how I will refer myself as here now.) I joined a website called Letterboxd. And for over 2 years, I’ve been the one, but not the only, Letterboxd reviewer. I’m pretty sure you know the rest. I made a bunch of reviews. Got into a film class after moving in November. Made a list where I put all those movies I didn’t log. That list grew, and grew, and grew, and grew. Grew even more when I started going to that film class. Forgot to log my reviews for the movies I watched there before school ended, so I just have a bunch of films class movies that I don’t feel like reviewing anymore. Also have to log a bunch of other films. Including making an actual review for the sequel to the movie I’m referencing right now. Watched the Indiana Jones franchise. He’s a cool dude. We never really talked about this. But hey, go check it out! Look, my nickname here was used for a pilot, who’s also the lead in a movie my parents liked, which had an amazing sequel that made over a billion dollars, oh and was also used for a multiversal competition host with so-so morality. I mean, there’s been worse. (Looking at you Chris McLean.) But after everything, I still love being a Letterboxd reviewer. I mean, who wouldn’t? So no matter how many movies get stuck on that procrastination list, I always find a way to come back. Because the only thing standing between this account and obscurity, is me.
