Rewatched 11 May 2021

The look of this movie is something I can’t get enough of. I also really like the Puritan dialogue. I love how paranoid all the characters get and once the accusations start flying around, this movie is basically perfect. Anya Taylor Joy is obviously marvelous in this film, as is Ralph Ineson, and I think Kate Dickie’s performance is pretty underrated. The whole cast is excellent. I can not wait to see Eggers next film “The Northman”.
