hey letterboxd friends!! sorry i still haven't been posting here or on social media in general like i usually do yet; it's still been a complicated and difficult time for me this past month due to a lot of different factors. BUT! unrelated to that; more specifically i wanted to make a Paint Drying™️ log to let all of you (especially anyone who enjoys my 'as seen on my disney princess tv' photoset posts i make on tumblr & instagram) know that i'm hoping to post more disney princess tv media photosets again hopefully starting tomorrow to keep up my yearly "Analog-tober" theme (this one will be the third year so far! still trying to come up with a goofy sounding pun title for it like i did last year with 'Return Of The Vhs Tapes' LMAO)
long story short - just wanted to ask if anyone has any specific media/movie requests you'd like to see me make a tv photoset of! with 'Analog-tober' i specifically post only horror/spooky themed kinda stuff for Halloween related reasons haha, so specifically if there's a horror movie (or thriller/sci-fi horror/halloween themed/generally dark and fitting vibe etc etc) you'd like to see a photoset of, lemme know here in the comments and i'll add it to my list of stuff to cover this month!
(if you have no idea what i'm talking about; on my profile here i have a pinned list of media i've made disney princess tv photoset posts of and each entry in that list has direct links to all the respective posts on both my instagram and tumblr, you can see what i'm talking about there if you're interested! TL;DR - i have a mid-00's era pink disney princess analog tv in my bedroom that i love and watch a lot of stuff on and i especially like playing stuff on it thru either physical vhs + dvds that i own or via digital streaming with cables connected to my laptop and taking a bunch of pictures of the specific media playing on it with the pink princess tv frame included cus its just a fun way to pass time and practice photo editing, i used to post photosets pretty often a while back but life outside of the internet has unfortunately prevented me from spending time on that hobby this year especially and i really miss it so i'd love to get back into doing that!)
i have access to pretty much anything to use the tv as a monitor for so if anyone does have any specific media requests you'd like to see playing on the tv feel free to suggest away! i have lists on my profile of my current vhs tape and dvd collections if you'd like to see what kinda stuff i have the fastest access to in physical copies, but like i mentioned above, the tv has enough input/output cable plugs for me to hook it up to my laptop and stream media straight to the disney tv monitor, so digital media works as a format too!
(if i can finally finish the photo editing process i started months ago, the first Analog-tober photoset i'll most likely post this year is The Craft, just for reference 😌✌️)
