coming of age movies especially in the last few years have really impacted me and made me so emotional because i’m never used to seeing ME on screen. like yeah i’m used to seeing bits of me on screen but not me as a whole and it makes me so happy and the fact all of these are directed by women about girls and friendships like .... i wanna Cry it makes me think i can do anything
