No one makes movies like Nolan, no one.
What a fucking epic, I'm truly at a lost for words, truly phenomenal filmmaking on display here, feels like I watch watching another The Social Network. On every technical level, Christopher Nolan has completely elevated this film to new heights. One of the best films of the year, one of the most impactful films I've seen all year. Give Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt and Robert Downey Jr. their Oscar nominations ASAP. The sound, cinematography, writing, directing and tremendous editing are all worthy or Oscar wins. From its stacked cast the standouts besides Murphy, Blunt and Downey Jr. were Alden Ehrenreich, Benny Safdie, Florence Pugh, Matt Damon and Jason Clarke.
