The Witch ist ein extrem atmosphärischer Horrorfilm, mit großartigen Performances. Jedoch bin nie so wirklich reingekommen und der Film hat es nicht geschafft wirklich ein Gefühl in mir auszulösen. Technisch ist The Witch aber definitiv ein Meisterwerk und ein beeindruckendes Regiedebüt von Robert Eggers.
