I loved the story of a queer slasher film, and it delivered in being often sexy and a little fun with some decent deaths. However, I didn’t find myself too terribly attached to some of the characters, though they all are well-represented and come off as people you may know in life. The lead was good and I loved the lone female character of the group. I do feel like there’s a bit too much of a gap between the early and final act kills. The two different conflicts that are revealed towards the end also don’t really balance too well. All this said, I still enjoyed this movie mostly for the freshness in story and depicting of the central characters.
