A unique thriller with plenty of twists and turns. The script is really well-written in how it weaves everything together and tells the story in a way that keeps it from being something unoriginal or generic. If anything the weakest part of the movie is the acting. It’s not bad, but it’s nothing great either. Helen Hunt turns in the strongest performance while at the same time gets stuck with not very much to do. Having said that I would have liked to have gotten a little more time with the family as opposed to the secondary characters who seem to have gotten more development than the family did.
