I thought this was an interesting and twisted psychological horror/thriller about trauma, psychosis, and mental illness and it’s ability to take a hold of someone. It does all of this as a horror movie while not stigmatizing the mentally ill. It also uses some great visuals to further symbolize it all. Miles Robbins and Patrick Schwarzenegger are excellent in the pro and antagonist roles, and Sasha Lane turns in a great performance as well in her supporting role. If you enjoyed the psychological elements Fight Club and enjoyed Joker, you’ll enjoy this one.
