If this doesn't restore perceptions of animation as a storytelling medium, I don't know what will. Regardless, Miles Morales FINALLY getting the movie spotlight he's always deserved makes this worth the price of admission alone for any comics fan. It just so happens that the character's film debut is also the best Spider-Man movie to date.
The amount of effort put into each component of this film just oozes out of each frame.
10/10, Will buy day 1 on blu-ray
