I can’t get over this all star cast!
The public curiosity for this case definitely helped draw people into Oliver Stones take on one of the more prominent and intense investigations on the assassination of JFK. The pacing and editing mostly keep it from getting tedious.
Most bring up the male cast members or Laurie Mecalf but I want to give some credit to Sissy Spacek for bringing energy and feistiness to a role that could easily have been unremarkable. We sometimes wonder why a star like her would take on such a role but she made the most of what could have been a forgettable character.
