As a lover of the stage musical and production, I was nervous. While it wasn’t perfect (what is?) this was made with such a love of the story and kept the integrity of the characters. Cast to perfection with fabulous costumes and humor. Fully convinced Jeff Goldblum was created in a lab just to play the Wizard. Cynthia Erivo is an absolute force. Shocked by how much I enjoyed Grande’s comedy chops and I begrudgingly join the bandwagon.
