It can’t be overstated how miraculous it is that Christopher Nolan was able to make a 3 hour long biopic that’s essentially just people talking in rooms one of the most haunting, beautiful, and epic cinematic experiences I've ever witnessed. I watched this a day ago and the scene in the gymnasium keeps constantly replaying in my mind, just a pitch perfect sequence. I don’t know if it will happen immediately or in 10 years but I feel this will go down as one of the finest achievements in cinema.
My first IMAX 70MM experience and I feel like I was just born again. How do you watch a normal film after that?
