Barbenheimer Part 1:
Oppenheimer kicks things off tonight with the most engaging three hour boardroom conversations I've ever seen. It's another strong entry from Nolan that loses its way somewhere in the middle before picking things back up.
For me the standout of the movie is the score. It does so much heavy lifting to ensure the three hour runtime doesn't drag. Personally I think the IMAX hype wasn't warranted with this one. There's not much that really screams "must see" on the big screen in my opinion but that doesn't impact my thoughts on the movie itself.
Overall it's a great movie, not Nolan's best but still a good time and a chilling reminder of what we've done so far and what could come in our future.
