so this was playing in my local cinema tonight and since i’d never actually seen it, i rounded up my friends (one of which admitted before going in that she was scared of this film) and off we went. and i’m so glad this happened!
okay, the shark isn’t particularly realistic and neither are the special effects but the film is enjoyable, it’s fun and despite the fact that my interest dipped for a couple seconds in the middle (short attention span!!!!!!!) i really liked this film and can see why it’s often named a classic.
ps. i will not be going into the sea when i go on holiday next week.
