I watched this movie when it first came out in 2016 at the tender age of 16 and though it was over hyped. 14 fucking Oscars! It winning (haha not really) over Moonlight?! After coming back to it at like the height of my depression I finally understood just how great this film was. Chasing dreams is a scary thing and this film depicts it in a beautiful, colorful surrealist way. City of stars, are you shining just for me?
