Totally devastating. One of the most intimate documentaries I've seen, in that it feels like a very private exercise in catharsis, hastily dressed up for an audience. There's some peculiar stylistic choices throughout (jump cuts, horror-movie sound treatments), a few of which felt slightly too intrusive, but picking holes in the movie's technique feels like correcting spelling errors in a love letter. It's a brave and remarkable piece of film about a truly horrible tragedy, and I imagine I won't be shaking it any time soon.
