2nd time watching
In 2014, Christopher Nolan delivered a historic achievement in film. A massive. A Heart pounding, bewildering, and striking film. So it is with great pleasure that I have had the chance to be able to experience this once again. As well as share my experience here.
This film teaches us what man truly is. And what man’s kind is willing to do to survive. When faced with apocalypse and tragedy, souls risk their life in order to sustain. Sent off into the void of nothingness, with a sliver of hope. Love and connection is seen as dimensions and time is seen as physical when displayed as gravity. But the most peculiar detail about this film is the concept of passing time. When Cooper is sent off, he and his crew know’s that every single second of their mission must be spent saving the lives of the human race.
Christopher Nolan is without the slightest doubt in my mind the best modern day director. He is my favorite director of all time. And this monumental achievement is his greatest piece of art.
