Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2018

Everybody really outdid themselves on this one except for the writing room. Oh oh! Put down the pitchforks! It’s by no means a bad story, I’ve just always been a story-first type of guy and the story’s very lackluster, but it’s thankfully elevated by such a marvelous style of telling it with a witty script, great voice actors, and a beautiful animation style. And I mean beautiful. Don’t think I’m just out here flaw hunting, but at the end of the day I just didn’t feel much besides REALLY entertained. And maybe that’s all this movie needs.
