really enjoyed it, takes the approach of John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023) and expands the length of the film to give it some room to breathe, although unlike John Wick, i think this kinda makes the film drag more than it should. the first 40 minutes to me felt a bit slow to me, but after that it really starts to get going. love the entire airport sequence, it's shot so incredibly well, Hayley Atwell is so badass, and while i dont think the stunts here were quite as impressive as Mission Impossible - Fallout (2018), it's still quite a good time
i told the cashier at the concession stand "you too" when he told me to enjoy the movie, got a personal thanks from Tom Cruise for seeing it in a theater, the elderly woman in front of me asked her husband "what the fuck was that?" when the blue beetle trailer played before the movie, and another group was taking selfies in the middle of the movie which was annoying considering it was during Ilsa's death scene. overall, a fun time, cant wait for part 2!
Tom was wearing his scientology turtleneck during that train sequence wasn't he?
