Film of the year, everything great about Christopher Nolan films all in one. This time there's no high concept or twisty narrative but Oppenheimer is far from simple. Despite being purely drama based it's an epic and feels grand in scale largely because of the dynamic and creative direction. The acting is consistently great and almost ever other scene a really good actor appears and adds something to the drama. It's all happens at a relentless pace with almost ever moment feeling important which is impressive for a film this long. Overall Oppenheimer is a must watch and if you can go see it in IMAX.
