The Juice is loose.
Unfortunately it failed to capture the same charm and magic as the original as most sequels to iconic films that come out 20-30 years after the original but it was still enjoyable and fun to revisit this world and these characters.
The story sways between some fun entertaining moments, referencing the original and some cringy dumb creative choices and I would say overall it’s a decent legacy sequel that does better then many others like hocus pocus 2 it has fun and provides entertainment and Keaton and Ryder got back into there roles perfectly.
I’m glad they kept the look of the afterlife and aesthetic as close as possible to what made the first movie such a magical experience.
