"As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster."

Improved a lot on re-watch. Goodfellas still isn't what I'd considered Scorsese's magnum opus, but a damn good film nevertheless. The story flows effortlessly, moving from year to year, character to character, and murder to murder with ease. Endlessly entertaining.
