my favorite part of this movie is early on when the movie establishes sayo's goals and she kills one of her targets and blood splatters everywhere and even gets onto the lens of the camera and you get the sense of this unbridled rage and just the skill of the filmmaker and it's so good — throughout the movie, there's those little things that make it so intense and make the characters feel so interestingly developed, reminds me of maybe an inverse effect i got from serial mom (that movie felt a lot more like it embraced artificiality as an inherent vice)
