If the first part was still so silly and imaginative that you could feel entertained, the entertainment value in the even more overexcited sequel is reduced extremely by gags that just won't ignite and by "foodimal" names that the little ones won't always understand and of which the big ones mostly have enough after the third or fourth, not to speak of the most annoying bad guy of all times.
Part 1 is a movie you'll have a great time with, as long as you like lighter, easy to digest food from Hollywood heaven. Part 2 can be flushed down the toilet.
