~ BARMENHEIMER DAY ~
(Part 2)

Seen in IMAX 1570 presentation. 
Let me start by saying, this is long. Perhaps too long.

But all I will say is that it’s Nolan’s best script. It’s his most refined version of the jumping between times. There’s a constant energy that permeates through this movie. There’s a bubbling sense of unease as we see this stoic, pretty toxic man, lose the finality of his humanity.

BUT THAT IMAX PRESENTATION- MYYYYYY GOOOODNESS.
The way some of those shots looked?! Wowzers. The aspect ratio changed a lot, but I was shocked just how much was displayed on that giant screen. Also shout out here, but that score and setting looked and sounded a lot like There Will Be Blood so I embraced it.

Also sorry Cillian, RDJ and Emily Blunt stole that movie off of you.
