i... i didn't get this movie. i love musicals and emma and ryan, and i really thought i was going to enjoy it. i was sad when i missed it in theatres and have had it on my list of things to watch ever since, and just never gotten around to it – but i always felt excited about it. but it just sort of disappointed me? maybe i just wasn't paying close enough attention, but then there's the fact that it literally couldn't capture my attention.
