Big, bombastic fun. Not as scary or as touching as Haunting of Hill House, but still deliciously delightful. Bruce Greenwood, the last-minute replacement for the lead, is perfect as the in turn intimidating and terrified Roderick Usher, and Mike Flanagan’s vision is as always impeccable.
