So thrilled to have the opportunity to see this in the theater on its 70th anniversary (thanks AFI Silver!) Some call this film overly idealistic. Some call it manipulative. Some call it saccharine. I call it one of my favorite films of all time. The themes of this film resonate with me in a profound way. Attaboy, Clarence! DCP
