What is it about gay men that terrifies the rest of the world?

oh my god. oh my good god. do not, I repeat, do not watch Chasing Amy if you're a wlw. because I just felt pure PAIN.

sure, it did touch on significant subjects that are common. that are normalized. but at what cost? the bar for positive and negative points in Chasing Amy just kept on rising at the same time, competing with each other.

alas, all the negative bits got to me and I just disliked the movie.
