Bought a new Blu-Ray player recently, and what better way to celebrate than to watch the best animation ever in glorious 4K-UHD format. When I’ve watched ‘Into The Spider-Verse’ before, it was: turn it on, zip zap zop, Miles learns to become Spider-Man, I’m hyped, movie’s over. But this time, it felt like I really got to take in all the little details - the script, the ‘cinematography,’ the voice-performances. Now, I’m so excited to see ‘Across The Spider-Verse’ and I’m looking forward to see where they take the story, because how could you top the first?
I also noticed that on the Blu-Ray they censor Miles’ description of Peter B. Parker from “janky-ass” to “janky-old.”
