The opening sequence of this movie is going down as an all timer for me. Sets the tone flawlessly. An absolutely incredible performance from Cage as well. So good that I keep thinking about it and how bizarre it was.
Character development was lacking and the plot was fairly predictable but the atmosphere and direction fully make up for it IMO. Not the scariest movie as we have seen everywhere but definitely a creepy thriller that keeps your mind on a swivel throughout.
