Every single year I watch this and every single year my reaction becomes more emotional because I love this movie so much and it shows that your life has a ripple effect of positivity if that’s what you’re putting out there.
One this i noticed more after this watch was the phone scene early on where Mary and George are talking to Sam on the phone and reminds me of the record booth scene from Before Sunrise. i Wonder if Linklater drew inspiration from that.
This was funnier and just all around as amazing.
The 2 scenes that got me this time were when they moved into 320 Sycarmore after their wedding and the run on the old Building and Loan and obviously the end, which may be one of the best endings to any movie of all time.
