It's been a while since i've seen anyone get to the level of evil that the villain has in this film. There's something particularly sickening about a powerful prick that casually does the most heinous shit without having to fear any real consequences, kind of akin to animal abuse.
Anyway, mr. Mikkelsen plays our flawed but highly motivated protagonist in another Danish language film, and i've come to look forward to these since they've been very good so far. This one is pretty bleak, but the acting is solid and the landscapes are gorgeous.
