10 years after the end of the trilogy, Wes Craven and screenwriter Kevin Williamson decided to play with the rules of horror movie's remakes and Scream 4 was born, but it seems that most of the public didn't like it and the movie failed at the box office.
Scream 4 references many horror pictures. So many that I didn't get everything the first time I saw it. The similarities with the first Scream are intentional and I think this "movie within a movie" is underestimated. I like it more than Scream 3.
