When I saw this opening night at AMC Kips Bay we sat through 25 minutes of trailers for them to accidentally play PITCH PERFECT 2 instead. It was evident as soon as the Universal logo appeared alongside acapella harmonizing. Still wild to think that movie outgrossed this one opening weekend
I finished reading BLOOD SWEAT & CHROME this afternoon and immediately dug out the disc and threw it on. I already knew that it was a miracle this movie exists but I had no idea to what degree
Anyway I skipped the press screening of THE LOST CITY to watch this. No regrets.
