I never thought this film would ever get made! I'm so glad it did and Tim Burton was in the directors chair. Great to have Michael Keaton back as Betelgeuse, Winona Ryder back as Lydia Deetz and Catherine O'Hara as Delia Deetz but a pity Jeffrey Jones had his high profile problems so they used different means to portray Charles Deetz. With lots of nods to the 1988 original and great casting of Jenna Ortega as Lydia's daughter Astrid. The film has a sense of fun and some great gorey moments which makes me wonder why it's a 12A cert but then you notice the early Pilates speech to the bitchy schoolgirls was totally cut out but in every trailer? And Betelgeuse saying fuck is bleeped out? Come on its a sequel to a 1988 movie!! Is it the same in other countries? Still the film flew by so quickly and I.loved the Betelgeuse baby 👶
