The Wild Robot is a sensitive, heartwarming and beautiful animated feature that works wonderfully thanks to the incredible voice acting, euphoric score and breathtaking visuals. It's a neatly written film that gorgeously blends in themes of parenting, survival, love and community, seamlessly making for a wholesome experience that hits all the right emotional beats. Lupita Nyong'o and Predro Pascal bring in a certain warmth to their characters, that's endearing to watch. It's genuinely been a long time since an animated film impacted me this much undeniably making it one of the best films of the year.
