This three-minute short film can be watched here: Lights Out
This short film taps into an eerie situation that nearly everyone has experienced and can relate to--turning off the lights and seeing or imagining something in the shadows. It's a primal fear and director, David F. Sandberg, does a good job making us feel the growing terror of the woman going to sleep. It seems that David Sandberg took this concept and expanded it into a full movie, though I have not seen it. (Lights Out 2016). Why did I choose to watch this right before I went to bed?
