A Christmas classic, perhaps the most violent out there! I may not fully approve the direction of Columbus overall, but mainstream directors are overrated. Sometimes, the true heroes are the (screen)writers and the presence of John Hughes is pretty much alive here throughout! Some slapstick brilliance and "pastelazo" classic humor revived = Cool :)
